President / CEO - Louis Selesnick

Louis co-founded All Communication Rentals back in 1992 with the goal of servicing a growing need for office equipment and cell phones for South Florida. Since then, Louis has grown All Comm into a renowned and respected provider of production services to corporations all over the world. Even with the growth of the company, Louis has remained accessible to the clients believing that customer service is about the personal touch.

CFO - Frank Ferrer

Frank has had a relationship with AllComm for the past 15 years and we are pleased that he joined our team in 2014, as CFO. Franks attention to detail and copious overview of our internal records and budgets gives our customers the confidence they need to work with Allcomm. Frank is also the owner of MFMci, the third largest provider of interpretation equipment in the United States. He provides the team with over 20 years of international conference and experience and works directly with all of our international clients. Frank is fluent in five languages.

Vice President of Technology - Joey Kranz

Joey has been involved in the entertainment production industry for more than 15 years. Live theater, corporate events, film and video production, talent and technical entertainment, exhibit booth design and installation, as well as temporary and permanent installations including, projection, media servers, show control systems, and many others. Joey has extended training with certifications in many of todays leading technologies.

Vice President Event Production - Kris Bauersfeld

Kris joined the AllComm team back in 1999 after working at the Marriott Harbor Beach as the Director of Audio Visual. Prior to Harbor Beach, Kris spent 5 years as the Audio Visual Manager at the Long Wharf Marriott in Boston. With his 20 years of industry experience, Kris works as one of our Senior POC's (point of contacts) . Kris works closely with our clients to execute events and meetings with flawless accuracy.  Kris is a true industry veteran and has seen it all.

Vice President of Creative - Garrett Arnold

Garrett joined AllComm Rentals as Vice President of Creative. Garrett spent 5 years at The Breakers of Palm Beach as one of their top wedding and corporate event producers, bringing his Broadway theater background to the special event world. Garrett will design, plan and execute your clients dream wedding or event with the power of a full design and a premier production team by his side.

Office Manager - Nancy Rhodes

Nancy is "the voice" of AllComm and is here to assist you.  Whether it’s an accounting issue, a “do you have that in stock?” question or “can you team do this?”, she is the one to start with. Nancy handles all accounts payable and receivable, and will be happy to help direct you to the team member that can assist you best. Nancy joined AllComm at the beginning of 2017and holds our office together.  She comes to us from the hospitality industry where she worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years.  Her “can do” attitude helps us, help you.

Technical Director - Lenny Hodges

Lenny comes to us from the Boca Raton Resort and Club where he was the Director of Audio Visual for 21 years. While there, Lenny managed every aspect of the Audio Visual Department. Lenny brings organizational skills and five star customer service to our team.

Lighting Manager - Jose Chuy

Jose is one of the key people that make our warehouse run as smoothly as it does. Jose came aboard in 2005 after spending five years at the Omni Colonnade and Loews Miami Beach hotels. Jose oversees the organization and maintenance of all the gear in our warehouse. Our shows definitely would not run as smooth without him behind the scenes.

Regonal Sales Manager - Jorge Acuna

Jorge has been with All Comm since 1996. His ability to evolve and adapt as All Comm has with the industry has proven invaluable to us over the years. Jorge now serves as our Regional Director in charge of our rental department. He handles any and all rentals in the South Eastern United States.
